If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased from NuraCura© Cosmetics Online, placed on please contact us within 14 days of receipt of product, to return the unused portion for a refund or exchange.

To initiate return of exchange, please log into your account. We will be happy to assist you with your eligible returns, provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. We're sorry; shipping fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on may be returned.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase. Please note processing of online returns may take up to 10 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately.


We will make every effort to accommodate an exchange request. However, our ability to process is based on product availability, which is not guaranteed.

Exchanges are processed like returns, except instead of payment refund you will be shipped the new item requested in exchange.     

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Items bought on sale are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns bought on sale or gift cards.

Preparing Return Package:

  1. Print the return label from your email or account.
  2. Carefully pack items into the box.
  3. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
  4. Ship package.

Full instructions are included in the return label email. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our customer service department via email:
